Chair Hire Perth: Greet Your Guests With Style

For many of us, making an appropriate wedding seating arrangement turns out to be one of the most dreadful and stressful parts of wedding planning. The procedure usually starts off easy but later on gets complicated. Over the recent years, I have come across several clients who cry and fight with each other, especially when it comes to choosing high-end furniture rental in Perth. In almost all the weddings, you, your future husband and your bridal party stand while everyone else is seated throughout the ceremony. Here I have come up with a small post that emphasizes on how to create an appropriate seating arrangement for your guests.

Which one is better? Assigning seats or Assigning tables

It is always advisable to assign your tables instead of assigning specific seats to all your guests. I mean, if you tend to assign seats, then you will need both escort cards which needs to be picked up at the entry and tell your table number. By assigning tables, all you can do is create a seating chart incorporating a list of people's names and table numbers on it.

Where does the couple sit?

I always dreamt about having a sweetheart table with the best chair hire in Perth where you and your partner sit in a comfortable manner. But a sweetheart table is not the only option, I mean you can even think of a huge table made up of you and your partner and both sets of parents. In fact, I personally suggest my clients put their table right in the middle of the floor plan.

Types of Furniture rental in Perth

Round table- If you wish for a furnishing product that fits six people or less than this table will act as a perfect furnishing product for your event. Apart from the table for six, you can even consider choosing a round table for eight or ten, depending on your guest list and choice. Ten is a maximum number when it comes to the table or chair hire in Perth, never try squeezing the eleventh member.

Rectangular tables- One of the most common sized rectangular tables is 6' by 30' offering seat from six to eight people in parallel rows depending on whether you make use of end caps or not.

How many tables can fit in a room?

Hiring high-end furniture rental in Perth doesn't mean you can fit as many tables or chairs as you want. Always leave room for people to walk between tables in order to get in and get out of their seats. Apart from this, organize seating arrangement in such a way that pulling out chairs do not create any unnecessary chaos.

No sides. It is also fine to have “no sides” for wedding seating. Allow your guests to sit where they want to or where they like to.

So this is all for now! For more information and updates, keep watching the space to get a better perspective on the same!
